We treat muscle pain, headaches, and temporomandibular joint pain.

Do you struggle with frequently falling fillings, recurring headaches, tooth mobility or abrasion? You may be suffering from occlusal disease.

Occlusal disease results from the malfunctioning of the masticatory system (teeth, muscles, temporomandibular joints). It involves improper contact between the upper and lower dental arches, resulting in strain on the jaw muscles and many troublesome symptoms. If left untreated, occlusal disease can lead to tooth loss. Our clinics bring together specialists in the field of dental surgery.

There are several factors that can trigger the disease, so each patient should be diagnosed on a completely individual basis.

At the Estetique Centers, we prepare Patients for the treatment in 3 stages.

Improperly matched

Missing teeth

Birth defects and growing wisdom teeth

Precise diagnostics are the key to effective treatment

At the Estetique Centers, we start the treatment of occlusive disease with thorough diagnostic tests

We use digital extraoral imaging technology, which is a comprehensive radiological system. It allows us to take high-quality tomographic, pantomographic, fragmentary images, images of the temporomandibular joints (TMJ), cervical spine, as well as images of the maxillary sinuses.

Based on the results of the examination, the dentist selects the appropriate treatment methods and draws up a detailed recovery plan for the patient. The earlier occlusal disease is detected, the easier and faster it can be treated. Therefore, see your dentist immediately if you notice any initial symptoms, such as difficulty opening your mouth, ringing in your ears, recurring headaches, or clenching your jaw and grinding your teeth.
